While Chef Sandoval travels the world working with the more than 35 restaurants he owns, he calls Denver home. His family’s roots in Mexico City certainly inspired his palate, but he appreciates many types of cuisine. Luckily, Denver’s restaurant scene has a lot to offer even the most discriminating tastes.
