Feed Media client and huge Denver Broncos fan Chef Hosea Rosenberg flew to New York to compete in a culinary showdown against North Carolina chef Ed Mitchell on the TODAY Show right before the Super Bowl.

Chef Hosea prepared Colorado Bison Slicers complete with green chile and smoked provolone. He also prepared Broncos Nachos with blue corn tortilla chips, cheddar cheese (have to get that orange in there!), bacon, green chile, sour cream and guacamole.

The show’s anchors/judges had a deliciously difficult task to choose between Chef Hosea’s fare and Chef Ed’s Southern offerings of Collard Green Dip, Smoked BBQ Ribs, BBQ Beans and Cornbread. In the end, Chef Ed went home with the trophy, but Chef Hosea came home to watch his team win it all in the big game. Go Broncos!
