This year’s “Power 20” is composed of 20 elite leaders who are disrupting the restaurant industry by altering their approach to tomorrow’s menus.

Punch Bowl Social’s Beverage Director, Patrick Williams, was selected to be a part of the elite list, along with award-winning chefs Grant Achatz and Dan Barber, and Chipotle’s new leadership team, among other industry giants.

“When you see a little corner section of the menu for mocktails, it’s just not at the forefront,” Williams told Restaurant Business. Instead, “Williams created a menu equal to the booze menu to drive interest—as well as sales—among the alcohol-free crowd,” writes Restaurant Business.
